Webinar Innovation Fund IF26 Heat Auctionkostenfrei

The European Commission is launching the second round of the IF26 Heat Auction, following the first auction for decarbonizing industrial process heat. With a €1 billion budget, the Innovation Fund continues to provide an opportunity for industrial emitters to secure funding for projects based on electrified or renewable process heat solutions. Building on the experience of the first auction round, several design elements and requirements have been updated. The auction is expected to open in December 2026, offering applicants another opportunity to compete for support for their decarbonization project.

This webinar provides a clear overview of the key adjustments introduced in the second auction round, including changes to the funding mechanism, eligible technologies, and participation requirements. It highlights how companies can prepare effectively and offers strategic insights to help participants structure their preparation for the auction. Combining market knowledge with practical guidance, the webinar equips participants with both the rules of the auction and the tools to navigate the process effectively.
