Transformation plan according to BEW

The federal funding for efficient heat grids (BEW) is intended to stimulate the construction of new green heat grids and the transformation of existing grids into renewable grids and grids fed by waste heat.

Within the framework of Module 1, 50% of the funding is provided for the preparation of transformation plans and other planning services based on the service phases of the HOAI. Transformation plans show the step-by-step conversion of heat generation and the possible expansion of the network based on the current state of the study area, taking into account local potentials.

The draft Heat Planning and Decarbonisation of Heat Networks Act provides for an obligation to prepare transformation plans by the end of 2026.

We support you in developing the content of the transformation plan and in applying for funding from BAFA.

SERVICES

  • Support in the acquisition of funding
  • Preparation of the transformation plan
  • Partial services within the transformation plan, among others:
    • As-is analysis of the study area
    • Modelling of heat demand
    • Optimisation of the future generation portfolio
