Study on the Continued Operation of Wind Turbines
After 20 years of operation of a wind turbine in the EEG many operators have to make a decision: Continued operation – is that possible? The main question here is whether it works and is economically viable. In order to analyse this question in more detail, enervis offers the new study on continued operation.
In the study, you will gain a more detailed insight into the market for continued operation in Germany and learn whether and under what circumstances continued operation can prove to be an economic option. We back this up with, among other things, concrete sample calculations of future power market revenues for several locations and WTG types based on a current power market scenario.
Scope
The study comprises around 50 slides in pdf format, on which the assumptions and results of the study are documented. The contents of the study are presented graphically and additionally explained in text form.
