Revenue Reports for Wind and PV Projects

A revenue report by enervis provides a project-specific evaluation basis. It quantifies the revenue situation of a wind or PV asset at a specific location in the long term. The report takes into account all revenue streams: a potential EEG remuneration, a PPA price, as well as the possibility of revenue upsides from the spot market during the term of the subsidy. After the end of the subsidy, revenues are based on the specific market values of the wind or PV park.

The revenue report takes into account any known operation restrictions, such as bird or bat protection. Such restrictions are considered on an hourly basis in the revenue report and can thus be evaluated with the hourly prices from the scenario assessment of the electricity market. In addition, market value differences of the project can be evaluated, which allow conclusions to be drawn about the level of the expected direct marketing costs.

As a certified report, the revenue report is an ideal basis for presentation to a financing bank or to investors for project transactions. Revenue reports are prepared by enervis for PV as well as for onshore and offshore wind energy projects (for wind in cooperation with anemos Gesellschaft für Umweltmeteorologie mbH) for all European electricity markets.
