Model-based energy policy assessment

The importance of power market modelling for evaluating in designing energy policy measures and strategies has grown in recent years. Against that backdrop enervis develops and models power market scenarios on a wide variety of topics.

Our results provide you with “hard figures” as a basis for decision-making and publication. To this end, we design projects that provide you with the best possible support for your strategic decisions.

We use the results of our modelling to write studies and communicate them to target groups via presentations and at conferences. Our project experience includes studies for associations, NGOs, think tanks, governmental institutions and companies on issues such as decarbonisation of the power market, coal phase-out, the role of hydrogen and natural gas, capacity markets and market design, expansion of renewable energies, electricity storage and flexibility as well as electricity prices and costs.
