Sector coupling shifts sales volumes between the energy sources power, natural gas, synthetic gases and district heating and threatens gas networks in particular. The technical and economic lifetimes of networks require that all new investments in this asset class are feasible beyond 2050. Many network operators are currently faced with major investments and must not only justify these investments before internal committees, but also discuss them in public and represent them effectively.
With our analyses, we provide a spatially high-resolution forecast of energy demand and thus a solid basis for decisions on investments in electricity, gas and heating networks. The joint analysis of energy networks helps to develop synergies between the networks. With our workshop, we provide a validated expert assessment that is not only suitable for internal assessments, but also for communication with committees and public stakeholders.
Inhouse-Workshop

2. Forecast of gas consumption in your network area (district level)
