Energy economic studies

The energy policy environment is constantly changing with increasingly shorter intervals and greater scope. Key drivers are the long-term climate protection targets of the German government as well as short-term energy policy changes such as the energy crisis triggered by Russia’s war.

In order to bring new ideas and impulses into the public and political discussion, we offer to conduct energy economic studies together with you. These range from short discussion papers that address short-term developments to comprehensive studies that initiate long-term and comprehensive changes.

Examples from enervis include studies on the development of electricity market design, auction models for renewables and hydrogen, capacity mechanisms, surcharges and fees, sector coupling or the evaluation of the gas auction model.
