This is accompanied by a review of the assumptions presented in the business plan in close cooperation with the financial team. For a complete assessment of the target, we consider all factors on the buy-side (Buyside Due Diligence) or on the sell-side (Vendor Due Diligence) that make a transaction successful. Our market models allow us to translate the project results into concrete and consistent scenarios.
  • Regulatory Due Diligence: Due to the increasing regulation of the energy industry, the importance of Regulatory Due Diligence is increasing. It expands the financial, legal and commercial due diligence to include the regulatory status and regulatory/strategic opportunities/risks of the target.
