The Dutch government has accelerated the phasing out of L-gas production. In 2022 already it should fall below the magic limit of 12 bcm, from 2030 on no L gas should be promoted at all.

In order to maintain the supply of the Dutch, Belgian, French and German L-gas market, additional provisions have been adopted by the Netherlands. But are these sufficient?
